This is the template that I plan on using to create the flyers/menu, however I will customize it fit in with my mom's restaurant. This template seemed perfect to use as it seems to be a menu for a Japanese restaurant, and it's simple but still catches the eyes. The main colours which will be used for my flyers include blue, red, and black as these are the colours that are used for the exisiting menu at my mom's restaurant. The background/border and the title at the very top will be in navy blue. The headings of each item will be in red, and the descriptions as well as the prices will be in black. The images of each item will be added on below the heading, description, and price. I will also be adding the logo of Sango Japanese Restaurant (Pitt Meadows) on the top right corner.

I have finally completed the testing/cooking component of my Capstone project with three tests carried out in total. The tests finished a lot earlier than I expected as I had predicted for this section of the project to take a very long time. However, since I had used vegan recipes that already existed on the internet and made improvements along the way, it makes sense that it didn't require as many tests as it would've taken if I had started completely from scratch. In order to successfully complete the testing component, I needed my mom to approve that the items were good enough to move onto the next step, which is presenting the items to my mom in a more "formal" manner (as if I'm serving it to an actual customer). Although my mom has seen the dishes before, she would still like for me to present it to her one last time and to also use this opportunity to take pictures of the items to showcase to the customers. Therefore, there is technically one more cooking session that I need to complete before I start putting the menu together, but this can be easily achieved as I'm fully used to the recipes by now.
